Presented by Steve Byers and Joe Parent

Format: Workshop
Primary Focus: Mindfulness
Secondary Focus: Team Building

Description: This workshop honors our friend and teacher Jon Bergstrom, a deeply reflective man with vital interest in leadership and human relationships. In this workshop, Joe and Steve will help participants explore practices and tools to increase Mindful Awareness and Systems Intelligence. We have to see ourselves clearly before we can connect to and understand larger systems. Further, skillful inquiry is key to systems thinking, and skillful inquiry requires one to be present in the moment, present with the other whose story you are hearing.

Target Audience: We welcome anyone who desires to deepen their understanding of self and the larger systems in which we find ourselves living and working. The workshop will be helpful to those who wish to be more effective in settings where the quality of relationship is...
