Session A - Pre-Conference Session
Mastering the Art of Alignment into Action
Presented by Alex & Beth Iglecia

Description: Perhaps you’ve stretched and exercised. Have you heard of yoga? Maybe done yoga? What about that body-mind thing we hear about? With all of these outlets, how is it we’re still fragmented in our work, life and play? This workshop will be an experience of integrating our roles, goals and context seamlessly to discover and create alignment for authentic action. Alex and Beth have researched and written in-depth about how the evolution of consciousness is facilitated via body-mind practices. This workshop will be a launchpad for integrative, practical body-mind tools for aligning self, action and context to catalyze amazingness.

Target Audience: Do you get systems thinking, the value of change, and paradigm shifting? Have you ever mapped, feedback looped or articulated a system or a process? What is the next paradigm to step into? A fully bio-psycho-social-systems experience that considers any change as starting deep within the individual and resonating throughout the collective whole. If you are interested in taking a fully body-mind approach to work, play, facilitation, leadership and change, then this workshop is for you.

Organizational Issues: No matter how much we know, and how much they know, every day is a struggle for creativity, honesty, passion, and alignment between self and organization. This is our everyday life, and these are the issues we’ll take on fully.

Objectives: Participants will tune into integral knowing, expanding and deepening their toolbox with powerfully pragmatic ways of accessing information, solving problems and unleashing aligned passion while improving wellbeing.
