GENERAL INFORMATION

• The dress code for all events is “business-casual.”  Weather in the area currently has highs in the 70’s and nighttime lows in the 50’s (20Celsius/10Celsius) and is forecast to be sunny to party cloudy.  Please plan accordingly.   Here’s a link to our forecast….www.weather.com/

CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES

• As we have done for the past 2 years, the presentations and papers prepared by our presenters for their sessions this year will not be distributed at the conference.  Instead, we have made these supplemental materials available on our website.  Please go to http://www.in2in.org/forums/2006/presents/ to find the presentations which have been submitted so far.
• We are pleased to be able to offer additional items of interest for sale this year:

• Selected book titles, including those by speakers at the conference
• Additional In2:InThinking Network merchandise (planners, shirts, mugs, and more!!!)

Payment: We can only accept cash or domestic personal checks.  Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to accept credit/debit card payments at the conference.    A nearby ATM is available for cash withdrawals.

• Unless you are staying at the Hilton Woodland Hills, we suggest that you avoid a parking fee and park for “free” at the nearby Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne (PWR) facility while attending the conference activities at the Hilton.  The Hilton is 2 blocks away from the PWR facility.  Should you park at the Hilton and not stay there as a guest, you will be charged a visitor valet fee of $8 per day.

PRE- AND POST-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

• All pre- and post-conference workshops (link) will be held at PWR, which is located at 6633 Canoga Avenue in Canoga Park.  Driving directions can be found on-line at http://www.in2in.org/forums/2006/#where
• If you are attending any of these workshops and are not a PWR employee, please bring a government-issued photo ID (e.g. US driver’s license, green card).  If you are not a US citizen or permanent resident, please bring your passport as identification.  You will need to present this identification at the PWR front-desk, located in the main lobby immediately behind the F-1 rocket engine on Canoga Avenue. 
• Our pre-conference workshops on Thursday and Friday are preceded by a one-hour “Beginning Together” session in PWR’s Leadership & Learning Center (LLC), beginning at 8am.  This opening is preceded by a Continental Breakfast in the LLC, from 7am-8am.   Forum planning team members will ready to escort you to the LLC as soon as the front doors to the main lobby open at 7am.  
• Our post-conference workshop, Enterprise Thinking, starts at 12:30pm on Monday and continues on Tuesday at 7:30am.    It will be held in the Canoga Main 1 conference room.   Visitors should arrive in the main lobby 30 minutes before these start times.
• Lunch will be provided for the workshops.   A selection of sandwiches and Indian cuisine will be served on March 30th and 31st.    A selection of sandwiches will be served on April 3rd and 4th.

HOTEL ACTIVITIES

• Guests staying at the Hilton Woodland Hills have complementary access to the LA Fitness health club, adjacent to the hotel.  Please check with the hotel front desk for access.  Contact the Hilton at Hilton.com     Or, by phone at 818-595-1000 for details.
